My pool vacuum went out just before monsoons were hitting. Kris picked up the new vacuum, which has full manufacturer warranty, and had it installed same day so my pool stayed clean through the storms that week.

I had a great experience with this pool company from start to finish. When I first reached out, Mike responded quickly and was very helpful right away. He even asked me to send pictures of my setup so he could get an idea of what I needed before coming out, which I really appreciated. I had a lot of questions about different brands, and he took the time to explain the pros and cons without pushing me in any direction. He gave honest input but ultimately let me make the decision that felt right for my situation.

Mike showed up exactly when he said he would and handled the removal of my old equipment efficiently. While he was here, I asked quite a few questions, and he never rushed, he took the time to explain things and really helped me understand more as a pool owner. There was no upselling at all, just straightforward advice based on what I asked.

His son Bradley handled the installation, and he did a phenomenal job. Everything looks clean and professional. He walked me through the entire setup, made sure I understood how everything worked, and even helped me program my pump to the right schedule. He was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. The work looks great, the service was excellent, and the communication throughout was top-notch. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing pool work.

Mike and his team conducted an acid wash / micro glass application training for my team and I a few months ago. It’s pool heater season baby! My ac/plumbing guy came in to clean up some hokey gas piping done by a pool guy (Won’t mention any names…) And after getting the gas line upgraded, the heater was damaged from having too small with gas line so Jay referred me over to this awesome company to get the pool heater replaced. Mike was awesome, down to earth and easy to talk to. He didn’t try to blow smoke up my rear so I had him swap out the heater and we are ready for party season!

Stay Fresh Pools did an amazing job remodeling and painting a very large slide and grotto. It's now looks beautiful again.

I recently had my pool renovated by Stay Fresh Pools, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The old tiles were falling off, and the unsightly rocks made the entire area look outdated and unattractive. The pool itself had a weird shape, and there were roots from a nearby tree growing into the pool, adding to the chaos. Now, it features a modern design with beautiful, straight lines that completely elevate the space.
