- Repairs require approval, except filter cleanings
- Starting rate: $185, varies based on pool size and equipment

Included:
- Brushing & skimming
- Emptying baskets and replacing them as needed
- Chemical check & balance, including chlorine and acid
- Vacuuming & backwashing DE or sand filters as needed
- Equipment inspections
- Detailed pool report after each visit
- One yearly algaecide capsule
Additional Costs:
- Filter cleanings twice per year: $145
- Bi-yearly pool drain & wash, including startup chemicals: $999+
- No approval needed for anything under $100
- Repairs over $100 require approval, excluding filter cleanings
- Starting rate: $235, varies based on pool size and equipment

- Chemical check & balance, including chlorine and acid
- Vacuuming & backwashing DE or sand filters as needed

- Quarterly filter cleanings
- Two yearly patio and deck cleanups
- Repairs under $100 total
Additional Costs:
- Bi-yearly pool drain & wash, including startup chemicals: $999+
- Repairs over $100 require approval, excluding filter cleanings
- Starting rate: $415, varies based on pool size and equipment
Fresh Horizon
Included:
- Mandatory twice-weekly maintenance
- Brushing & skimming
- Emptying baskets and replacing them as needed
- Chemical check & balance, including chlorine and acid
- Vacuuming & backwashing DE or sand filters as needed
- Equipment inspections
- Detailed pool report after each visit
- One yearly algaecide capsule
